A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all rentals.

 Category 1:

• Registered Charitable organizations whose mandate is consistent with that of Waupoos

-           The Well, Salvation Army, Red Cross, World Vision, Churches organization etc…..

• Registered not-for-profit organizations / Outreach

-           Scouts, Girl Guides, K of C, Schools, Cursillo, Churches, etc…

Category 2: 

• Community members using the facilities for personal events that do not generate a-profit. Accepted events include reunions and family gatherings. 

-          Community members defined as faithful, contributing members of Waupoos

§  Specifically this means there is documentation that the member has

·         Volunteered a minimum of three 4+ hour times between the last two AGMs; or

·         Has contributed >$200 to the farm between the last two AGMs.

-          Eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (means attended the previous year’s AGM by proxy or in person).

Category 3:

• Commercial, recreational or profit-making uses
• General Public use

-          local hockey clubs, art classes, receptions, election polling stations, etc…
