What to Pack

    There are many activities going on in the summer at Waupoos including swimming, tractor rides and bonfires (not to mention the various activities planned by our staff and host families). To ensure that you are well prepared for your visit, look over the checklist below to make sure that you have all the things you need to enjoy your stay!
    Waupoos provides you with a cottage equipped with a full kitchen (all major appliances, coffeemaker,
microwave, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes), a 3-piece bathroom and sleeping for 7-9 people. We also provide you with linens for your entire family. If you have young children, we have playpens and strollers on hand.
No pets allowed please!
 

SUMMER Packing Checklist  (School Year checklist below)



1. Food
    • food for the duration of your stay at Waupoos
    • bottled water (However, well water here is treated and potable)

2. Clothes
   
    • swimsuits
    • mandatory footwear in all facilities and outside except pool area (ie. flip-flops/ crocs/ sandals)
    • shorts
    • t-shirts
    • undergarments
    • socks
    • long pants (for late night bonfires)
    • long-sleeve shirts (for late night bonfires)
    • light jacket for cool evenings
    • sunhat
    • rainboots


3. Toiletries
    • toothpaste
    • toothbrushes
    • shampoo
    • soap
    • conditioner
    • bath towels
    • beach towels
    • sunscreen
    • mosquito repellant

    • snowsuits (coats and pants)
    • winter boots
    • hats (2)
    • scarves (2)
    • mittens (2)
    • indoor shoes if desired
    • undergarments
    • socks (extra pairs)
    • long pants
    • long-sleeve shirts
    • skates and helmets (we have extras if required)

Spring/Fall-specific

    • appropriate shoes for around a farm
    • light jacket for cool evenings
    • sweater
    • t-shirts/shorts
    • undergarments
    • socks
    • long pants
    • long-sleeve shirts
    • indoor shoes if desired
