About Our Cottage Sessions

A getaway at Waupoos Family Farm is a unique opportunity to have fun, make friends, and create lasting family memories.

We offer week-long summer sessions, as well as year-round weekend getaways, for low-income families with children age 16 and under. In the beautiful country setting of a 200-acre farm, Waupoos has all the ingredients for a memorable family holiday.

Accommodations

There are five private cottages available to visiting families.

Cottages are equipped with:

  • a full kitchen
  • three bedrooms
  • three-piece bathroom
  • eating area
  • living area
  • dishes
  • cooking appliances
  • bedding
Common areas include:

  • lodge
  • chapel
  • playground
  • swimming pool
  • rink

The lodge, chapel, and one cottage are wheelchair accessible.

Cottage sessions include optional structured activities as well as free time to enjoy with your family.

Activities are run by the farm residents, the volunteer host family, and our staff during summer sessions. These activities include:
